Licensing Utilities
This section contains utilities and documentation to help when installing RISA standalone and network software.
RISA Key Manager 6.4
Description: Utility reads and enables upgrading of USB hardware key. The Sentinel System Driver is required to run RISA Key Manager. This utility can also be used as a diagnostic tool for Subscription License issues.

RISA Server Browser 1.4
Description: This utility allows you to point a network client installation of RISA directly to a license server.
This utility is only applicable for Network Client installations of current versions of the following programs:
– RISA-3D (v12.0.1 and higher)
– RISA-2D (v13.0 and higher)
– RISAFloor (v8.0.1 and higher)
– RISAFoundation (v6.0.1 and higher)
– RISAConnection (v5.0 and higher)

Sentinel System Driver v7.6.0
Description: This ZIP file contains the Sentinel System Driver Installer. This driver is Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8 compliant. This driver allows Windows to recognize the Sentinel USB Key.

Network Server Installation 9.4.0
Description: This server installation is for customers who are using a network server for license management. This server works for all RISA products and only needs to be run once and not per program.

RUS Password Request (Standalone)
Standalone versions of RISA software use a USB key for authorization. This key must be updated with an RUS password whenever new versions of the software are installed. Please e-mail license@risa.com to obtain an RUS password.
License File Request (Network)
Network versions of RISA software use a USB key and Sentinel License Management (both on a server) to distribute licenses. The key never needs to be updated. However the Sentinel License Management requires a new license file every time a new version of the RISA software is installed. Please e-mail license@risa.com to obtain a license file.
